This year is my daughter’s first Easter! I wanted to do something special to commemorate the occasion. As you know, Eden is only 8 months old. It was really hard to find a pre-made Easter basket that would fit her age group. So I decided to make my own!
I’m not a professional basket preparer or whatever you call it. However, I wanted to share what I used and how I put the basket together, in case there are other infant moms like me who couldn’t find anything for their child.
Creating the Easter Basket
I thought it would be cool to make a video of me putting this basket together for Eden. But I will also put a shameless plug here for you to go and subscribe to my YouTube channel, Mom Wins & Shenanigans.
Materials Used
As mentioned in the video, everything I used was purchased from Target! I will post links with each item.

Awakening Old Passions
Being a mom has opened my eyes to a world I haven’t been apart of in awhile. Using my imagination and creating beautiful things has always been a passion of mine. Overtime, I’ve put those things aside due to many life changes, but this was definitely fun to do.
I’ve started to realize that just because I’m a mom doesn’t mean my passions and hobbies should die. I want to show my daughter that she can do both when it’s her time. This minor project awakened my creativity. Moving forward, I will be preparing for Eden’s 1st Birthday Party and would love to bring you on the journey of all I do to make this a special time for her and I.
